Yin Flow incorporates all the stillness and spaciousness of a Yin practice, while inviting in some guided and intuitive movement. We will settle into longer holding postures, followed by some gentle flow to help integrate and move through any sticky spots. This gentle practice tunes you into the subtleties of your body and breath, while providing the opportunity to calm the repetitive spinnings of the mind.
This 75min class will include guided meditation, breath exercises and loving adjustments to support your relaxation. It’s not just a yoga class, but a full mind body rejuvenation.
