Yin yoga is not just a physical practice. Often when practicing we can traverse deep into our emotional processing that no other styles of yoga can take us to. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body.

We offer a safe space and ask for the now you bring your own mat / water and anything else you like to practice with. A light blanket/sarong is highly recommended to comfort you in savasana!
