As a yoga and meditation teacher it is my goal to guide students into the beauty of the present moment. I want to encourage and inspire others to come to their practice with an open attitude that is not coloured by the past. It brings me so much pleasure to guide people to the peace and stillness that is already there inside of themselves.
My classes are designed to inspire gratitude and acceptance of the present moment, while moving in a meditative style of flow. I apply the principles of anatomy and alignment
with the understanding that each student knows best what their body needs to ensure they practice in a way that is safe.
I am also honoured to guide people back to their inherent magnificence through Rebirthing Breathwork. This potent modality works to get people out of their own way, by removing obstruction. Obstruction shows up in our lives as trauma, energy blocks, physical ailments, unsettled nervous systems and unbalanced moods... and your breath is your medicine. In Rebirthing Breathwork, YOU are the healer. I just create the space so that the body is able to spontaneously and intelligently come back into deeper alignment.
